The customer service at Grange Box is out of this world. The people are friendly and helpful and the service was truly perfect - drop off, length of time I could keep it, ability to get a hold of someone, etc - all excellent. I recommend them to all others out there. The service as well as the box were a huge cut above the regular sanitary district debris box, which I have had before many times. Thanks for a great experience!

I could only give them a couple days notice because I was waiting forever for my permits before I could demo (& I had no idea when they were going to come through) but they were so great & were able to deliver my 20 yard debris box right when I needed it.  Tom delivered it & was so lovely.  They came & picked it up a day after I called requesting pick-up and dropped-off a new one later that same day.  Everyone I've worked with at Grange has been great.  They've been flexible with me on timing & their prices can't be beat when you compare them to Recology or using haulers.  I hope I don't need to use your service often because remodeling & construction is such a pain but when I do, I'll definitely use you.  You've been one of the easiest parts of this house remodel so thank you!

I ordered my debris box from Fred after a very pleasant conversation about mutual friends and common interests. He was so nice and friendly. Our debris box arrived the day I requested it and I was told I can keep it as long as I needed. I called to have it removed a week later and they showed up promptly. These are the people to get debris boxes from. Family owned, reasonable prices, and excellent customer service is what you can expect from Grange!
